More than 30 WWII aircraft at Revival When the major anniversaries of WWII battles come around, we are passionate about marking them with suitably poignant displays. The Freddie March Spirit of Aviation exhibition at the Revival in September will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and we will have more than 30 aircraft on the ground for you to get up close to, including Supermarine Spitfires, Hawker Hurricanes and the world's only airworthy Bristol Blenheim. We also have more news on the motoring side of the occasion, with the 50th anniversary of Shelby's world sports car title, giving us an excuse to bring together the largest ever collection of Shelby Daytona Coupes ever produced for a demo at Goodwood. Spirit of Aviation 'Battle of Britain' display details revealed More than 30 iconic British wartime aircraft, comprising Supermarine Spitfires, Hawker Hurricanes and the world’s only airworthy Bristol Blenheim, are set to make up the exhibition. Largest ever collection of Shelby Daytona Coupes together Only six examples of the iconic Shelby Daytona Coupe were ever produced and we will have the largest collection ever assembled to mark 50 years since its greatest triumph. RAFBF chosen as charity partner This year's Revival charity partner is an appropriate choice given the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. Money raised at the event in September will go to the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund. Immersive theatre at the Revival If you want to really immerse yourself in the the Revival then book a table in the Goodwood Mess for your group, where you'll be treated to a stream of theatrical parades on top of the drama on the track.
