Terre
di Canossa 2015: a very special fifth edition!
We are glad to announce the
fifth edition of the Terre di Canossa, which will take place from 16 to 19 April 2015, of course across
Emilia, Liguria and Tuscany.
Among the new features is the
return to Salsomaggiore Terme for
the start of the race and for the Gala
Soirée, that will be designed this year by Massimo Spigaroli: Michelin
Star-awarded chef, great interpreter of the Parma cuisine and undisputed
“king” of the culatello ham.
Confirmed, as always, the two
nights in the best hotels of Forte dei
Marmi, the unmissable Beach Party
and the parades in the centres of Lucca and Pisa. The arrival will be in Reggio
Emilia, where the Awards Ceremony will be held inside the historic Sala del Tricolore.
Once again, the Terre di
Canossa will be an extraordinary journey on the thousand-year old roads of
Matilde of Canossa, Queen of Italy during the 12th century, along
the ancient roads that connect the Via
Emilia to the beautiful sea of the Cinque
Terre and Versilia and to cities
of art, wonderful landscapes, old castles, green hills and tough mountain
passes.
